      Keep calling USCIS, you will get the right compasionate person to help you. The first couple of times I got some reps that were not of help. I called in Spanish and this lady I guessed fell bad and put the service request and things worked well after that. If it already falls over the stadard processing times then it your right to put a service request. My congress people were of no help, if you get to them ask them to call USCIS instead of sending them an email, then they tell u the protoco...
