    Thank you. That's painful to learn. My brother in law will be a senior citizen before he gets a visa opportunity. We filed his paperwork in 2020.

    I can't make heads or tails or Visa Bulletin with U.S. Government or Visa Processing times page at this site: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/visa-bulletin-predictions-family-sponsored.php My brother in law is FB4. At Visa Journey their Jan 2022 column reads 2007-03-22. Does that mean in January of 2022 these visas being processed were from 2007 year applications?
