Met New years eve 2003, Emily was here on the VWP actually working for a UK company. Went to England as she had to leave in June, 2004. Wed on Sept. 16th 2004 in Beautiful Bosham, England. Honeymoon in Italy then I come back to the US. Emily gets a 6 month B visa and comes to visit, but leaves April 10,2005. Emily rec'd the DS230 form and submitted around the 15th of april. Now we are waiting for the I129F or the I130(k3) to come thru. We would be happy to help in anyway we can, we fully understand the complications and heartache that go along with this process.
