    hello...my petitioner got approval from his I-129F last Feb.2011.It said there it will be forwarded in Manila NVC and i will be notified after weeks.But until now i received nothing.I did not received a noticed of eligibility yet.I have already my Case no.and i payed the BPI for MRV.what i am going to do to have the eligibility as soon as possible? i need your help and advice.
