the same story as mine i keep emailing nvc they replied no record yet.got my noa2 june 27.

I'm sorry for that sad story.Talk to her pleasantly and ask what is the problem.In my case i want to be with my fiance especially now he needs companion.his knee is swelling and he is alone.but in your case you are with your love but not having good relationship.anyway you pray also it will help.

Hi congrats.i was approved 27 june and til now i have no record from nvc.i just received a replied from nvc yesterday saying i dont have record.

i got hard copy of noa2 june 28.and i send email to nvc they said they dont have my record.so im still waiting for my luck too.

hello! i think we have the same prob.nvc dont have my record too.i got noa2 jule 27.And they want me to send them my hard copy to them scanned.i just emil them back attached what they asking for.i will tell u if they answer my email.

Hello vj family.i got my noa2 last june 27.i emailed nvc 10 june to inquire for my manila case number.This is there reply "Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) has received your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have any record of receiving your petition. If your petition was approved more than 15 days ago, please email a scanned copy of your I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action - Approval Notice to NVCResearch@state.gov. Please type the receipt number in the subject line of your email and include one attachment/case per email. We will contact U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on your behalf to locate your petition.

If you received the form I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action - Approval Notice indicating that your petition has been retained by USCIS, or another type of the Notice of Action that is not an Approval notice, please contact USCIS at 800-375-5283 or visit their web site at www.uscis.gov for additional information.

Hey guys! i just got my noa2 this 27 june.My bf's doc said that his knee need to cut off.he need to undergo surgery.So my bf wants to our wedding to be done before his surgery.Is there a way we can speed up our petition so i will be there before his surgery?and if i get there after his surgery will it affect on our k1 petition?i need to be with my bf before so his surgery.i want to be with him for better or for worst.

COngrats you got your NOA2. Next step you gonna do is called the NVC after 2 or 3 weeks and inquire about your MNL case number. The NVC will actually send your fiance a letter indicating your case number but waiting for the letter to arrive is like a waste of time, its better to call the nvc and ask about it, so you can have your medical

My fiance' and I have submitted a K1 visa application. She is from the Phillipines and I am from the US. I have been hearing a little about age difference being an issue with approval. I am 51 and she is 31. I realize this is a 20 year spread, but she is no teenager. I would think that it may be more of an issue if she were younger, say 18-25 and I was 38-45. We are almost 60 days into our wait after NOA1.

What do you VJ'es think? Will this be an issue?

hi everyone! i just received an email from uscis that my 129F is approved.anyone knows how long can we expect before the next step?what is packet 3?

We are supposed to be late June filers, but when I go to the USCIS website to download the form and directions, they don't work/open after the download (I seem to remember this happening a few months ago too when I was in a "getting ready" phase). Has anyone recently successfully downloaded the forms? Also, since I can't see the directions, can someone tell me if everyone has to do biometrics. Thanks!
