      Thank you so much for your review. My husband's petition was sent back after his interview on January 12, 2012. USCIS finally received it on June 15, 2012. We are waiting for a reafirmment or a NOIR now. I still have no idea what their reason for sending it back was but your review has definitely helped me. Thanks and Congrats
