25 July, 2005 - Recieved email for NOA2 Approval
28 July, 2005 - Recieved NOA2 NSC in mail
11 August, 2005 - Phone Confirmation of case approval by NVC, Case number assigned, Sent to Bucharest
13 August, 2005 - Received approval letter from NVC in mail
19 August, 2005 - Received Packet 3 in mail
29 August, 2005 - Checklist sent back to embassy
15 September, 2005 - Interview date confirmed by phone with embassy.
26 September, 2005 - Jana's Medical Exam
27 September, 2005 - Jana's K1 Visa Interview
28 September, 2005 - Jana calls. She skipped interview, engagement on hold.
05 October, 2005 - Slowly working on "us" again.
03 November, 2005 – Jana goes to Cyprus.
20 December, 2005 – Received email from USCIS. Our case was returned to them by the Dept of State
01 January, 2006 - Jeff and Jana met online 2 years ago today!
27 January, 2006 - Jana leaves Cyprus and goes to Romania.
14 February, 2006 - Jana is denied entry in Portland.
17 February, 2006 - Jana lodged at INS NW Detention Center in Tacoma.
04 April, 2006 - Jana has her deportation hearing. 30 days to appeal decision to deport her.
11 May, 2006 - Jana in Romania
