    Put in a service request over 2 weeks ago and we were told we were way out of processing time. So today we sent a letter to our Congressman. Hopefully we will hear something soon.

      Yes, you have to call yourself. And then they'll ask you a bunch of junk. Then give you a reference number.

      A week after we contacted our Congressman, we got our NOA2...without a response from them though. We like to believe it magically helped! :) All the best hun.
