  1. As far as evidence goes, you won't have any joint tax returns yet. You only got married this year & 2022 taxes aren't filed until Jan 2023 at the earliest. You do need to chase up your EAD with USCIS - per your timeline. SSA should have issued you a number/card - if you completed the part of the I-765 asking them to. It would arrive about the same time as your EAD card. Since you're eligible for a SSN you can't get an ITIN - HRBlock suggested otherwise when I was in your boat.
  2. Yay for quick turnarounds! Good luck to them in their interview 😄
  3. I'm a mail filer. Sent via Fedex signed for. Received hardcopy NOA1 18 days later. Biometrics were reused. Interview scheduled 4 weeks after NOA1. I filed via mail due to income waiver, no other reason. Would have loved the convenience of filing online but it doesn't seem to make any further odds - as Dashinka stated, you have an online account, and you'll still need to print the entire file off for interview, regardless.
  4. You're young, why not go to med school in the UK - takes less time than the US, there's no classes unrelated to your degree & you won't owe the money back until you earn over a certain amount. By the time you have your PhD you'll be set to go anywhere in the world. The US requires you take license exams before you can practice in the medical field, regardless of your level of education or career choice. And you can't necessarily use your license in another state without taking another exam and obtaining state specific license.
  5. * following out of sheer curiosity. Don't look suspicious when you get here....unless your Mr.Bean act is on point . . . 🤓
  6. This. I've had both my children's birth certificates in hand in under a week - 1 from PA the other from OK & I'm in Idaho.
  7. I only filed last month and yesterday they scheduled an interview. I'm about ready to stalk the mailman and eat the flashcards. . . No trees were harmed during the application, though I did use snail-mail, but I thought it was going to take months. Did read somewhere on here that chocolate ice cream helps. . . how long am I going to be waiting if it's not forever?!!! Disclaimer: I've no complaints & not willing to trade interview spots with anyone.
