  1. A sixth email from VJ saying "Your approval is past due". The past 5 emails I would check my timeline and it would say that there was not enough timeline stats as to when it would say when it would be approved. Also, on the USCIS myprogress tab, it would be visible and not visible for the past week. The progress changed to 3 months after it was 6 months for the past month in January. Then, there was an update on case status since my NOA1, as there was an action on my case with a date of 2/10/25 as my NOA1 was 10/2/23. APPROVED!!
  2. Well, a fifth email from VJ with a differenr message about the approval estimate saying "Your estimate is past due" LOL. Recently, processing times for the i-130 increased from 16 months to 16.5 months. However, my processing time on Myuscis progress tab decreased from 11 months to 6 months. Between Sep '24 until Jan '25, it was sitting at 9 months. From what I'm seeing on the track my visa website, they are processing petitions faster. But VJ lacks recent approvals so it makes it difficult to predict one's approval. I will still inquire with USCIS at our 16.5 month mark this month and hopefully get an honest and reasonable answer
  3. Again, an email (4th one) from VJ saying my i-130 approval estmate is "Any day now!". If I'm not approved by next week Monday, I'm going to try to contact USCIS and ask to speak to a tier 2 officer about the status.
  4. Just got a third email for the third week from visajourney that my approval estimate is "Any day now!". On February 2, 2025, that date will coincide with USCIS's case processing time for spousal stand-alone i-130 of 16 months. Will visajourney be as accurate or less than the estimate given by USCIS? I'm not sure if there are filers from September 2023 still waiting for an approval or have an RFE and still waiting for approval. It could be that some do not update their timeline. We will wait and see how things go after Trump's inauguration.
  5. Just got an email from visajourney regarding my approval estimate and saying the exact message "Any day now!" again. My i-130 is a stand-alone with my foreign wife residing overseas.
  6. I'm not sure how long the wait is for an interview but if history is any guide, probably around Dec 2025 or jan 2026. Our 2 year anniversary will be in Aug 2025 so that means that her interview will be for IR1 (for interviews after Aug 2025). Hopefully, we (filers) will all have good news in the coming weeks or so.
  7. Got an email from visajourney saying that my i-130 approval estimate is "Any day now!". Im really hoping that this is when approvals will come along
  8. My PD is Oct 2, 2023 and I have been checking every week the processing times as well as filers by month. It's very close to being the end of September (early October) so I'm hoping that they will hurry to approve August cases. It is a very long wait and we can only assume that USCIS are doing their best to move things along as best as they can.
  9. wow! immigration timelines for I130 in visajourney around june 15...just 4 more months to wait until noa2?
  10. I'm hoping that the time will decrease from 14 months to 12 months or more. The best thing to do is to view other timelines and to see if they are being processed quicker
  11. Filed i-130 online on oct 1 and NOA1 received oct 2
