I'm on H1B entered on october 2007. Met my boyfriend now husband 1 month I arrived in US. Hooked and got married on October 2009. We didn't file til this year only. So I got laid off for 2 months because my H1B had expired. What a big mistake! Just got my EAD and got my same job back and I'm a happy camper. lol ! And we can't wait for our AOS interview so that we can move. Thanks to visa journey, it made our filing smooth as my husband and I didn't have any clue what to do really. :D
