Our Story
After living together in Florence since 2008, we did a destination wedding in Florida. I am a US and EU citizen, but my husband is Italian. I want to move to US and naturally, take him with me. WHERE do I file the K3? NOTE: I do not have residency in Italy due to the fact that as an EU passport holder, I don't need one. My official residence is in the US, but we have PROOF of my living here through apartment contracts and work contract/receipts.
If anyone is in a similar situation and can help me, I would be so grateful. I have family obligations to fulfill and need to go home quickly.
