On the DS156 question #36 it says has anyone filed an immigrant visa on your behalf? what does that mean? my fiancée has had a previous I129f filed before but she thinks the "on your behalf" part means she asked or paid someone to do it...

If I fill it out for her should I fill out the part that says... application prepared by?

I made a couple of mistakes on the ds230 that I just noticed and i have already emailed it in and mailed it to the us embassy is the mistake was on the job history part I put in the wrong dates and I spelled a couple of things wrong I have since fixed them and was wondering what I should do??
