Appears: Jose Antonio Valle Peñate Married to xxxxxxxxxx (my wife's name.)
I must send copies of my documents Salvadorans With my U.S. documents, with the I-130 package too?

Thanks for replying
I'll give you an example:
My name is so in my U.S. Documents is: José Antonio Valle Jr.
The name of my father is: José Antonio Valle
The name of my mother: Emerald Valley Aracely Peñate
My name on my documents Salvadorian looks like this:
In my birth certificate: José Antonio Valle
In my DUI (ID): José Antonio Valle Peñate
As you can see JR is not on my salvadorean Birth Certificate.
When I get my DUI, they just added the last name of my mother: Peñate.
Then I got married in February this year with my Salvadorean ID (DUI)
The information in my DUI (ID) looks like this:
Surname:
Valle Peñate
Know by:
José Antonio
Salvadorean By:
BIRTH
Date and Place of Birth:
xx / xx / xxxx FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Well this is THE MOST IMPORTANT
I want to know if I will have problems when submitting the I-130 for my wife
I have to put my Salvadoran birth certificate apostille and a copy of my DUI (ID)?

I married abroad in El Salvador to be more specific. I have dual citizenship because both my parents are Salvadoran.
I am a U.S. citizen but also salvadorean citizen, my parents registered me in the Salvadoran consulate. In my Salvadoran BIRTH certificate JR does not appear like my last name because my name is like my father.
When I took out my ID in El Salvador. the authorities of that country changed my name off the JR and put the last name of my mother, but in my U.S birth certificate I have only the last name of my father and JR.
I married in February this year with my DUI (single identity document) by its Spanish initials. In that ID my birth place appears that I was born in U.S.
My guess is that if I married with the ID of El Salvador. I didn't use my U.S. documents.
I want to bring my wife to U.S, but I do not know if I will have problems with that. For my last name.
Someone could help me, I thank you very much to anyone to help me.
I married abroad with documents of this country.

ok I understand that I must put my other name on the section: Other names used.
So, I must send copies of my birth certificate and ID Salvador, with the I-130 package?
also the marriage certificate, has no last name JR.
All documents above are in Spanish, so I must send translations and apostille too?
Thanks for your help
