    Those who did or have started ROC, did you sent the application three months prior to green card expiring or earlier? In the website it says not to sent it to earlier. I want to know when did people sent it.

      I agree with JennNJesus. Sending it early will get it rejected. I sent the application the day the 3 month window opened.

      Hey, I just sent it like two days ago. Three weeks after the countdown for the three month. So, I think you would want to send it before it expires. :) If you started lets keep ourselves up to date please :)

      Hello Ana, My 3 month window started on march 8. I sent mine march 17 priority with confirmation delivery.
