    Is the DS-160 fee x the number of persons in the family? i.e $205 x 4? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/employment/temporary-worker-visas.html#fees

    My mother's I-130 was approved HOWEVER I need to file I-824 - not sure why? Mother is in UK, If I don't file I-824, she/I will not get the Welcome letter from NVC - or does it not have any bearing?
