  1. Am I understanding that for F4, in order for USCIS to look at and approve I-130 petition The PD of the I-130 petition has to match that on table B:
  2. With your letter of explanation, it should suffice. Just wait and see. When I had an RFE for my mothers birth certificate, i quickly uploaded it but also mailed in. Probably took around 2 weeks or so for USCIS to receive and to continue with the processing. Hope you won't be waiting long.

  5. they just got done or just finishing processing and approving JAN 2023 I-130 for parents. I'm sure you'll probably hear a response from them may Feb or March.

Wait for Welcome letter from NVC, wait for Invoice number from NVC both are needed to pay the NVC fees starting here : https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx start preparing your documents for parents. Mine are filipino in UK so they need ACRO police certs and Nbi philippine clearance. and also yes tax transcripts - show you meet the income guidelines or if not prepare to have a co-sponsor.
  8. yes because i have a USCIS online account i used to track the I-130 cases. in the documents tab i saw the RFE before it was even received in mail. But I also tracked with lawfully APP. without it i wouldnt have know the check the documents tab in USCIS online. same with aPPROVAL - i was notified via LAWFULLY APP then i checked in USCIS online and saw approval notices in documents tab!
  9. the RFE was for my mothers birth certificate. no fret. just gather the documents they requested and upload or mail ASAP.
  10. for me it was: RFE requested dec 4, 2023 RFE RESPONDED dec 8, 2023 - i mailed and UPLOADED online case being is being reviewed dec 8, 2023 actively reviewed dec 22, 20 case approved Dec 22

  12. ok cool. form filled and will mail tomorrow. now i think there's even more waiting on I-824 at California Service Center
  13. My mother's I-130 was approved HOWEVER I need to file I-824 - not sure why? Mother is in UK, If I don't file I-824, she/I will not get the Welcome letter from NVC - or does it not have any bearing?
  14. after responding to RFE for mothers birth certifcate her I-130 was approved. timeline is PD Jan 4, 2023 actively reviewed april 23, 2023 RFE requested dec 4, 2023 RFE RESPONDED dec 8, 2023 case being is being reviewed dec 8, 2023 actively reviewed dec 22, 2023 APPROVED Dec 26, 2023 now waiting on my dads to be approved
  15. Nothing in documents tab I have to wait for the actual mail. Its excruciating waiting but at least it's an RFE.
  16. Do you have to MAIL the additional evidence requested? Or can it be uploaded to unsolicited evidence ONLINE? If Mailing, do you mail by regular USPS with tracking?

Answer only if you have gone through IR5 processing. petitioner me, I'm in the US Parents in the UK I have: my birth certificate my US passport and naturalization certificate my current marriage certificate my divorce decree (was married previously) my paystubs - no gaps, always working, always employed my W2's and tax returns and transcripts I-864 Affidavit of support for PARENTS IN THE UK: they will have ACRO UK police cert Philippine NBI clearance (originally from there) their UK passport BIO pages their marriage certificate their birth certificates passport photos what else?
