Currently trying to determine what income / assets are (Genuinely Considered) to meet the Poverty Guidelindes requirements for a petioning a Spouse and her child. We have seen conflicting info. & a lot of Generalizations and just want to find out the tru scoop on what will qualify to meet those guidelines.
