Met my now husband 2 1/2 years ago while on a cruise, it was absolute love at first sight. This past year he asked me to marry him, tried to do as much research as possible to find out the best way for us to be able to be together and that included multiple trips to immigration. With the information that I was given decided to get married in Oct of 2010. After the fact found that the information was not quite correct so still we are "not together". Filed the I-130 in Oct 10 received notice from the California office was received and still waiting for approval.
