    to him stating that they were ready to process the visa and for him to contact the courier for pick up. He sent it in and a week later had the visa in hand. They didn't even say anything about his birth certificate.

    Where did you get the MMR vaccine from? He was having a hard time finding a place because no one will give it to him because he is older than 24.
