I am from Ireland and my wife is puerto rican. We met while she was studying veterinary medicine in Glasgow. Unfortunately I was already planning on going to Australia. I went for 9 months, met up with sheila (my now wife) in thailand on the way hame and decided I would move to glasgow when we got home. we lived together for 3 years before we got married in Puerto rico on the 28th of August 2010. we had loads of trouble getting our wedding certificate so didn't get to start our visa process until the 9th of march 2011. In July this year my wife moved to our new home in Miami and I moved back to Ireland to anxiously wait for my visa to come through.
Hey sorry it has taken so long to reply. I have not been on here in ages due to trips, work and other things. We are awaiting our NOA2. We received our NOA1 in september... It seems to be taking forever for us..... Did you get all your paper work sorted? Have you finally made it over there???
