We met while I was serving in the Peace Corps in St. Lucia. Things got serious as my 2 year contract was ending, but I decided to stay in St. Lucia and get a job after my contract with Peace Corps finished. Now we both are living together in St. Lucia. I am here on a work permit.
I am thankful that I get to be here with him while we wait out the process, but it is still very stressful!
