  1. Anyone can comment. However, OP is right: if you have no idea of what you are talking about, clearly not knowing anything about the process and yet accusing OP of a mistake, yes this is annoying. And harmful to the rest of the community because you are stating false information. If you have no idea about the process, don’t post false information as a fact.
  2. I think nowadays they are just waiting for you to file for citizenship. I filed ROC December 2021 and nothing happened until December 2022 when I filed N400. April 5th had citizenship interview and got the oath same day.
  3. Based on the information provided, it is impossible to even take a guess with any precision. Any advice that you will get here is incorrect because it is made based on insufficient information. It is pure speculation.
  4. My wife is having combo roc/citizenship interview in April based on marriage to the U.S. citizen. 1) Shall I (her husband) come to this interview? Letter mentions that there are limitations in n who can enter due to Covid. In addition, shall I bring our 2.5 year old or leave her with the babysitter? 2) I have been married twice before. I have my last divorce decree original but my first divorce decree only copy. Do I have to get an original for the first divorce? thanks
  5. Meet again, get married, apply CR1. No other choice. It’s done: they think you are too married for K-1
  6. You asked a question. You got answers. The rest is purely semantics and useless philosophical debate. No one at the CBP cares what you and your girlfriend “want”. You can do whatever you guys want anywhere it is permitted. Here it is not. End of the story. You got answers.
  7. It is definitely not an approval. Can be denial or RFE? Getting denied at this stage happens only if they discovered that one of you is not free to marry or do not meet 2 year Meeting rule. I cannot imagine any other reason.
  8. Biotech job is not supermarket. Being a CEO of a biotech company, I can tell you that it is very hard to find qualified employees. 95% of the positions require at least college education. 50% of the positions in my company require MD or PhD. The lowest paid person in my company makes $75.. Median salary is $125k. You cannot compare. Biotech or high tech jobs are not only in high demand but also very hard to qualify for due to highly specialized skill set. So the case is very strong.
  9. You can expedite EAD based on the job offer. I would prepare AOS package as much as possible now. Get married immediately after arrival, get urgent marriage certificate, send the package along with EAD card. Once they issue NOA on the EAD, apply for expedite based on the job offer. This is absolutely 100% valid reason for the EAD expedite. You may actually make it for March deadline.
  10. Once you have the biometric note, regardless of what they tell you at ISCIS, you can walk in any biometric office anytime and do it. No one will care. Many people, including myself, done it. Not only anywhere in us, but also any day on or before the appointment.
  11. Applied for lifting conditions December 2021. No news except statement from USCIS on accepted biometrics from OOS back in April 2022z Applied online for N400 on December 13th. Got note, dated December 13th that biometrics was accepted. Got another note on I-751 on December 23rd that my lifting conditions case being transferred.. Why? Are these two events somehow connected? Does it mean that removal of conditions will take longer due to case transfer from the California?
