Wiat until you have your new case number and Kingston has logged in your petition into there system after it leaves the NVC, if you do it before they wont have your case so they cant do anything about giving you an interview date. All you need to email is the DS-230 Part 1 and when you send it via mail its the same thing...just the DS-230 part 1. When you email kingston you should write "2nd Inquiry KNG2011######" Which is your case number to get the fastest reply. Hope this helps

You can just send in ds 230 part 1 via email to them and they will schedule ur interview for ya...we sent it off before we knew packet 3 had even been sent to us!

Go and get it in st ann...they delivered ours to him by person to ochi on a saturday took about two weeks. They called when it was ready to be picked up in ochi

Congrats! Next the case is sent to the NVC and then to the embassy. You can call the NVC to get your new case number and to find out when it leaves the NVC. Call about a week after your NOA2....the number is 1-603-334-0700

Yea we said here is DS 230 part one as per packet 3 for an interview date and asked for our packet 4 via email...which they didnt do lol

Is the apartment lease in both your names? Any utilities? U can have friends and family write letters saying that you guys are living together and indeed engaged. We did this and had no problems
