  1. Still nothing for us. But we have an infopass appointment in Atlanta this coming Monday so maybe we will find out something then.

    :goofy: Ok Mitzi - how did it go? Did you guys get the stamp? Are you staying in Texas or being transferred to Vermont? Anything else we need to know? I misplaced your email address as I was going to email you to ask so email me or post on here please. :goofy:

    Sorry it's been so long since I've posted, but been busy, been gone for a while, & one thing after another has happened......But anyway...

    We went to our Infopass appointment & got the stamp in his pasport without a problem. B-U-T we asked for the number that that would allow us to track our case online. She called out the number that was already on the back of the canceled check & I told her that is not the right number that it would not work online & that we needed the number for the biometrics. She punched around on her keyboard & said "I'll write the number down for you. We thanked her & Dan picked it up & stuck it inside his passport. When we got home & got the number out it was still the same number on the back of the canceled check. And of course it doesn't work online.

    Dan called them a week or so later & asked for the number & got a different number, but it doesn't work online either!!! But the lady he talked to did say that we had been transfered to Vermont. She didn't say when & Dan didn't think to ask. She said that he should be getting his biometric appointment in the mail in two to three weeks & if we have not received it by then to call back.

    Day before yesterday, Dan, called again to see if he could get any info about his biometric appointment & about getting the biometric number & was told that they didn't have a number other than the one that was on the back of the check & that our case IS STILL IN TEXAS. She had a bit of an attitude too.

    We still have not received biometric appointment & don't know anything about our case. Don't know why the new number doesn't work online. I guess we just have to wait & see what happens.
