I has sent a picture album. I was told it is in a wrong format as for the reason it was returned. We made it like a picture book. I will call tomorrow, but I am feeling anxious. I've never heard of it needing to be in a certain format. Anyone have any idea what format is it supposed to be?

Hi VJ community, We are waiting for wife's K1-based AOS 485 interview, but in the meantime something big has changed: I got into my dream school. Getting this degree will allow us to build a better life for our future family, so I have decided to enroll and become a full-time student for two years. I am wondering where does this leave us with the income requirement for wife's K1 AOS 485 interview. When the K1 sponsor becomes a student, is there any breathing room for income requirements? Can we show assets / savings in lieu of income during 485 interview? Thank you!

I submitted my I-751 recently with only SSN. I didn't find the A-number until a week after I mailed it. On the form I marked it as N/A. Will this be an issue? Is it possible to supplement this information? What should I do? Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone, currently living in Vietnam but am beginning to worry about the country's hospital capabilities to treat COVID-19 patients. Will be sending a request to file an I-130 petition (for my wife) at the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City rather than with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) citing COVID-19 for the exceptional circumstances. Curious if anyone else has done the same and if they were successful? Appreciate anyone sharing their experience. Thanks!
