US Immigration from Vietnam

Filed my stepson's ROC application (separate from mother because he immigrated 5 months later) on 5/1. Got the I-797 dated 5/17 about a weeks ago with a 5/3 NOA1 date. Today, we received an identical I-797, same NOA1, but with a 5/26 notice date. I initially thought the second notice was because the case was transferred to the Potomac Service Center like his mother's, but both the 5/17 and 5/26 797s show Potomac. Has anyone else received a second 797 so soon after the first one? Is there a reason for the duplicate or is it perhaps a paperwork mistake? Are both valid for travel or does the 5/26 notice cancel the earlier 797?

So in completing the I-130 online for An's mom, in the Beneficiary's Family section, there's a section for "current spouse" and then later a section for "additional family." So we filled out the information about her mom's spouse (her dad) in the "current spouse" section, but when we get to "additional family" it says, "Provide information about the beneficiary's spouse and children in this section if they have any." Since it mentions the spouse here, should we enter it again in this section? Thanks!

Sorry - forgot to ask my other question. She's also petitioning for her father. On her mother's application, in the "Other petitions" section, where it says "What is your relationship to this relative," due to the way it's worded, I just want to make sure she should put "Child" and not "Parent," even though she's petitioning her parent, correct? It's just confusing because earlier, in the beneficiary's information, it says "Select the relationship the beneficiary has to you," so in that case it's "Parent."

My wife and I just passed her green card interview. We received a letter "Notice to conditional permanent resident alien letter" from the USCIS Officer. The thing is we didn't double check the name on the letter. It has my name on it vs my wife name.

Did anyone else have this done to them and still received the correct name on the green card?

We are going to wait and see but I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem before.

Anyone who filed May of 2019 get their interview scheduled yet? Especially Seattle area... our status has been we are ready to schedule your interview since September of 2019 & since then it s been silent.. not sure what to do now..

Anyone know what is the cost for medical exam and the cost for vaccine shot? I heard there are two shot. One before the interview and one after the interview if you are approved.
