US Immigration from Vietnam

Anybody here has been successful in making K1 Visa interview with the US embassy in HCMC?

I received the Instruction Package Letter since March, 2020 but could not schedule the interview until now. I have been checking the site almost every day in 6 months with no luck.

I need someone to tell what is wrong. Am I fooled by the system? All life plans have been messed up... What should we do?

The USCIS sent me a NOA1 notification that they received my I-129f form on 4/19/2021, and it is February 2022 and I have yet to receive the NOA2. I wasn't able to find the processing times on the USCIS site, but Visajourney they're processing April of 2021. How long did it take you all to receive your NOA2? Anybody know what's with the delay? If anybody can link me the USCIS Texas processing times I'd appreciate it, Thanks!

My wife will have her IR-1 interview on March 8! When we filed all of our documents with the NVC almost a year ago I was living and working in Vietnam, and naturally the documentation reflects this. Since that time I have moved back to the US (my plane ticket was part of my proof of intention to establish domicile) and have a job here.

I have seen some people update their documents on CEAC, and I was wondering if I need to update my job records (proof of employment/salary/etc.). I am currently filing my 2022 taxes, but will not have them done by the time my wife's interview takes place. An agent at Boundless told me I didn't need to update anything, but they've given me a lot of bad information in the past.

My wife is scheduled for her citizenship interview next month. Assuming that all goes well, would the approval be immediate? Would a passport be submitted by USCIS or is that separate? Thanks in advance

I am filing for I-485, I was involved in a traffic accident last September. My license was expired at the time the incident happened. There were no injuries and I was not arrested, I am waiting for my hearing in April this year with two counts, improper turn and unlicensed operation.

In the question 25, I have marked yes and provided all the details in the last page.

Now I am wondering if I should do the same for the form I-765, should I submit form i765 along with I-485 or should I just wait until I have the court's disposition?
