US Immigration from Vietnam

Hello, I need some help with the I-131 form. Does Part 7 need to be filled out? I watched a video regarding this and they said that it's not needed. But I still want to make sure. My wife is filling out this form along with her I-485 and I-765. She checked the box 1.d. in Part 2. And the reason for her submitting this form is incase of a family emergency and she needs to go back to her country in order to take care of her family.

So I'm looking for some opinions on how the following may affect a case:

Due to to volatility of time it takes for an application to go from being submitted to being issued, my fianc e and I decided to have a courthouse wedding first then the actual ceremony later. We know this is not a problem, as most couple do it this way, but of course that means we have not much to show for when it comes to wedding plans as proof of a bona-fide relationship at the interview. We came up with the maybe not so great idea of stating our plans in our Letters of Intent to marry.

So question here, could that be interpreted as the petition being for immigration purposes? As if another way to word it would be "We are doing the courthouse wedding only for the purpose of fulfilling our end of the bargen."

Any thoughts??

I'm about to finish filling out my I-485, I-864, I-765, and I-131 forms and wanted to know if it will serve me any benefit in filling out and submitting form I-693 (Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) along with the AOS, Work Permit, and Travel Documents?

My wife recently arrived to the US on a K1-Fiance visa. We got married, and she already got her medical exam done in Vietnam last August 2022. I heard that USCIS is now waiving the interview process if you submit the I-693. Or if they send you an RFE asking for the I-693, then your AOS/greencard interview gets automatically waived and you will receive your greencard, expediting the process.

Can anyone confirm this?

I notice that on certain fields I'm unable to type anything. For example I am filling out form I-864, and in this box circled in red, I cannot type in anything. This is not the only part where I encounter problems like this. I have tried updating to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, and also tried filling the form out on my MacBook Pro using both Preview.app and Adobe Acrobat as well and experience the exact same problem. Anyone else know why this is happening and how to fix it?

my parents in law got denied to entering the US embassy in Ho Chi Minh fir their tourist visa interview. They bought the ds160 but it wasn t enough. They wanted an interview letter which I never received in the mail or email. Can someone explain what document are they asking for?
