US Immigration from Vietnam

Hey guys

My mom had filed I-90 last may 2019, she got extension sticker on her old green card until may 2020, right now she is in Vietnam and dont want to come back to USA due to corona virus situation in the US. Is there anyway to extend her extension sticker on her old green card? or does she have to come back to america in the end of May 2020? I guess her application for I-90 will be delayed due to the corona virus.

If she stays in Vietnam for more than 6 months but less than 1 year, can she still come back to the US without any problem with CBP officer. Usually she always apply for reentry permit before leaving US, but this time she doesn't. Can she explain to the CBP that she wants to wait until the corona virus situation in the US stabilize and then she would come back. Do you think that is reasonable explanation?

So I submitted my app online for an e-visa for 'nam and they charge my card.

Then they announce that no foreigners will be granted tourist visa's.

How long should I wait before I see the refund on my CC? lol

I'm currently filling out my wife I-485/I-944/etc.

I'm currently on CoveredCA for my health insurance. I'm planning to add my spouse to my plan once I get the I-797 Notice to add her to my plan as my spouse. From the looks of how much I make it will give me premium tax credit. I read that even though they do not list this as public charge right now. They might negatively rate her because premium tax credit. In theory I'm the one who will get the tax credit but I'm not sure. If I should get her unsubsidized private health insurance for her or just add her to my plan on CoveredCA.

The other thing is the education part. She study Business Administration in a native country. I don't think I be able to get the transcript in time, translation transcript, and send it off to get it certify at a company called ECE. Especially with the currently all the schools closed due to the Corona Virus. I'm thinking of just sending her translated university diploma. Also I don't think she has any of her High School Diploma with her when she came here.

We received an email from NVC and said to log in which we did and clicked on the message but nothing is n the message.

This is what the message says; DS-260 review note.

But when I click on the message, nothing is in the box, anyone have any thoughts?

My brother's wife went to the interview yesterday and they give her a blue slip. On the blue slip why does it ask both petitioner and beneficiary about their ex spouse when this is their first marriage? They also ask for chronology timeline of how they met and also proof of airline tickets purchase by credit card statement. Please help. Also my brother marry my wife's younger sister so I dont know if it causes a red flag.
