US Immigration from Venezuela

Hi guys. I had loooong time no posting here. This site it was so helpful when I was in my K1 vida process. I have some people following me here but one of them I want he doesn t follow me anymore and I don t want obviously that person see more my contents. He has being so rude and disrespectful to me. I have helped many people here who has texted by private messages about the process but I don t stand crazy people. How can I block him so he doesn t follow me anymore and he can t see my post anymore? I just add him to ignored users but it looks like I can t see his post but actually I don t want see his and I don t want he follows me anymore. Sorry for the long text and thanks for your help in advance.

We filed I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-944, I-864, I-765 and I-131 with a G-1450 for $1225. We received a notice of rejection that states that the "payment amount is incorrect or has not been provided. When I use the fee calculator, it shows $1225. Everywhere I look, the amount shows $1225

I can't figure out what happened. Is this the correct amount? Am I missing something?

We were very meticulous about preparing the package with a cover letter stating everything very clearly that it was a concurrent filing and putting tabs on everything. The NOA states that we should resubmit the application/petition with the correct amount. Does that mean we should just re-send the original package with a new G-1450?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: We abandoned our K-1 petition because he was visiting when the pandemic started. We got married and are applying to adjust from his visitor visa.

Well today we filed the I-539 for my fianc to extend her B2 Visa date, since she is stuck here in the USA with the pandemic going on.

We are sort of in limbo, our paperwork is held up at the NVC because the embassy's are closed. (and I have verified with the embassy they do not have our paperwork). We don't have an interview date yet because of that and oh by the way it expires in mid-July and I don't see that happening. What a mess this is....:(

So we had to file to extend her B2 Visa status, darn expensive $455 bucks for a yes or no answer. Anybody else out there file? if so did they approve it?

I'm new to the forum so hello... I live in NC and 2 months ago I proposed my venezuelan fiance. We are dating since 2015 and I feel it was time to bring her home.

As you may know things are more difficult since the travel ban + no US embassy in Venezuelan soil + corona.

I'm now very very familiar with the entire process as I have friend of mine who completed a successful k1 visa process for her fiance in 2014. I already sent the 129f package and now we are in the waiting game...I understand the entire process, however my friend wasn't able to help me with further information as her fiance did the whole process while the US embassy was still in Caracas.

Is my understanding that now is through Bogota so can you please help me?

1. Where is the medical exam perform?
2. Once the i129f is approved how do I request an interview in the bogota embassy?
3. My fiance is a single mom of an amazing 7 year old girl who I will be adopting (father left before she was born), does my fiance needs the exact forms and documents for our daughter as well?
