Hello! I m the petitioner filling out the i29f, and I was wondering what I should do if I have two middle names. Am I allowed to put both in the 6.c. box or am I supposed to include my second middle name in the additional information section? Thank you!

Just some information to pass along. Checking today with USCIS if you're waiting for an AOS interview in Atlanta like we are, the wait times are averaging 27.5 months for 80% of the cases, and so far we have been waiting 15 months. My wife was issued an EAD card in NOV 2021 to permit her to work, but its only good for 2yrs. If you need to renew it you must fill out a form I-765, but you cannot submit it more then 180 days out from your EAD work card expiring. Last, if you're married for at least 3yrs and want to apply for Citizenship you cannot skip the AOS process since you must have a Resident card (Green Card) to apply for Citizenship. Hope this helps!

Hey there, so I've had four jobs in the last five years and I was wondering how to format my two jobs in the last page of the application. I am thinking I would use a new line for each item number, but I just want to make sure as I am very cautious to not make any mistakes. I am also confused about what I would put for the item number when referring to the whole employment section. Thanks!

Hello people, I have a question. I just received my Work Authorization on 08/06/2022 under Venezuela TPS Protection and after 3-4 weeks (and my ex-lawyer not giving me the next steps of what to do, just telling me "they are taking too long with that" what is not a reality at this moment.) I decided to go to my local SSA Office (09/08/2022) and request the SSN. I went with all the documentation and they gave me the form SSA-5028 and told me to wait for a max of 2 weeks for my SSN Card. The real question is, my TPS and Work permit expired this 09/09/2022, may I still will receive my SSN card? ---- I checked today the SAVE CaseCheck and it say: Case Status: Case Returned to Agency | Description: SAVE has returned your case to Maryland - Social Security Administration, SSA (Single Signon) (WS37) | What Do I Do Next?: Please Contact Maryland - Social Security Administration, SSA (Single Signon) (WS37) to get more information about your case status. What should I do? Is that normal or it means my social is already denied? Please help, im new in this process. PS with more info about the status: TPS status is expired but re-registration just opened this 09/09/2022, so I will re-register for sure to maintain my status.

I followed all the processes to bring my fianc e to the US by applying for a k1 Visa. We have known each other for 3 years, met on an online dating website and I have seen each other in person at least 2 times as required. She is from Venezuela and is currently living in Ecuador. Had to move there because Venezuela ended diplomatic relations with the US and closed its embassy. The process was slow but moved till the day of her interview at the Guayaquil Consulate in Ecuador (4.5 months ago). At the interview, she was asked several questions about our relationship and it ended inconclusively because they needed a police report from her. This police report was not currently being issued by the government of Ecuador to foreigners so she got a letter saying this report can't be obtained and mail it back to the Guayaquil consulate following their instructions. About 2 months after the interview she received a phone call from the consulate asking for pictures as evidence of our relationship and also a picture of my passport. I don't know why they asked for it then because she brought all that to the interview before. Fast forward 90 days later I wrote to the Guayaquil Consulate to see what was going on and the reply was a typical burocratic one: "We are working on your case. Can't give any details. We will let you know". Now has been almost 5 months (150 days) and still no decision. When we check the status of the visa application keeps reading "NO STATUS" since the day of the interview. At this point, we are just losing it. This is cruel. My fianc e had to relocate to a foreign country where she has no social connections, no family or friends, and can't work legally. I support her from the US but it's taking a toll on us. The medical exam she was asked to bring to the interview is valid for only 6 months. Will they let it expire with their incompetence and slowness? Does anyone have any idea of what to expect here or what to do? Thank you for your time reading about our situation!
