My Conditional Green Card and Separation |

Hello everyone, I'm reaching out because my conditional green card is set to expire at the end of November. Unfortunately, my wife and I have made the mutual decision to separate. Since we both reside in Florida and don't have any children together, we've decided to handle the divorce process ourselves to save on expenses. While our marriage didn't quite reach the two-year mark, we do have a history of four years together. Throughout our relationship, we've built a life that includes: - Shared memories: We have numerous photos from trips we've taken together to various countries with our families and friends.
- Financial ties: We share joint bank accounts.
- Joint insurance: We are both covered under the same health and car insurance policies.
- Continued support: Even recently, after our separation, I accompanied her to an important family event, and we have photos from that occasion as well.
We plan to file for divorce this week, and I understand the process in Florida can take up to five months to finalize. This leads to a couple of important questions I'm hoping you can shed some light on: - Green Card Conditions Removal: If the divorce is not finalized by the time my conditional green card expires, am I still able to proceed with the removal of conditions?
- International Travel: Can I travel internationally while my divorce case is still in progress? (for example, I am planing to travel to Uruguay next month to visit family, will I have issues entering back ?)
I'd appreciate any insights or perspectives you might have on my situation.

Hey all! I'm confused here and not sure what I'm doing wrong. On my timeline, it does show everything is updated and completed but on the side of this post, it says Filed for: AOS (approved) should it say Naturalization (Completed) or something like that?

Hi All! I received my green-card from marriage in December 2023. Unfortunately, my wife and I are separated and we are about to start a divorce. (luckily everything on good terms) I understand that the divorce from the beginning until the judge receives you to give you the certificate takes 30 days. I wanted to know if I could travel to visit my family during that period. My green-card expires in December 2025, but once the divorce comes out I will apply for the i751. My fear is about returning to the US, we plan to start the divorce next week, and that would give me time to travel during Christmas week and finalize the divorce in the first days of January. Can I travel? Is it risky? Does USCIS or Immigration know that I am starting a divorce? Even so, do I have the right to enter the US? Thanks!!

I'm coming across some weird issue, not sure if it's my end or the site's end. It says I am running an ad-blocker, yes it is on my browser but it is turned off for this website. Am I missing something?
