US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

My extended family had interview scheduled for April 2nd in Mumbai for IV interview - I5 Visa, but now due to the cancellations, we don't know when they will restart and how they will reschedule the dates.

Does anyone if the consulates will automatically start reissuing the dates, because the files are not with NVC anymore, the case is at the consulate as per CEAC, so the its upto the consulate now to reschedule the dates.

I had an issue with my spouse the US Citizen and she asked me to leave the house and to remove my name from appartment lease. And she forced me to remove my name by not paying the rent while i was not in the property for a while. Could you tell me what should i do?

What i know is that the sponsor should provide support to the spouse but let does not. I have a 2 years green card and now she said she will apply for divorse. Please let me know your advise.

Has anyone received any communication from the NVC regarding case processing / reviewing during these unprecedented times?

I noticed that the NVC did not update the processing time today (23 Mar) so was wondering if anyone got communication just to see if they are still processing and/or reviewing documents that have been submitted.

I am currently in the process putting all the docs for I-130 such as Copy of my naturalization, passport copy and copy birth certificate. Do I need to include my mother s copy of birth cert and passport copy? Any input will be much appreciated! Thank you

We paid the AOS and IV fee on Monday and Thursday the CEAC showed payment status "PAID".

The AOS form is now available. My wife currently has a job in the US and earns well above the minimum limit. But this is her first year there and she will just file her 1st return. Prior to that she was living with me in Dubai and unemployed. So for the other 2 years should she write a letter explaining why there wont be returns?

Is there a need to look at joint sponsors to make the case stronger? Is it even possible? Strangely cant seem to find a lot of material on this.
