we have applied for our marriage license application online, and got the first available appointment 27th August my visa's 90 days will be over at 21 September, i hope everything will go smoothly. did anyone recently applied for marriage license in Los Angeles?

Hi everyone, are the two similar? Or are the different? I have received and email that my status has changed and when I logged on, all my sections AOS and CIVIL docs change from COMPLETED to ACCEPTED. Is this the same as Documentarily Qualified? Or should I await another notice?

Hope everyone's staying safe. I had a question. My uncle had applied for my parents and brother under F4 visa category. They received NVC letter last month. However, when we checked my brother's name was missing in accompanying list. He is 28 now but unmarried and has been in the USA on student visa for past 5 years. He completed his Bachelors in NY and currently pursuing his MBA in NY. We're all extremely stressed out about his name being removed. Can anyone guide us as to what we can do in this situation and add his name so that he can attend consulate interview along with them. We heard from others that we can send letter to NVC so my question is who should be sending the letter? The petitioner or Principal Applicant or my brother? Does that work? Any help will be appreciated!!

Now since there is a ban on some visa type, is the KCC still working in our cases in general ?

I have sent my DS260, would i receive an email from the KCC ? Would they even check the DS260 for the lottery winners ?

Or they stopped during this ban ?

I searched online but couldn't find an answer for that.

If I came on K1 and AOS is processing, would it count as Alien or lawful perm resident on the I-9? Thank you in advance.
