US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

I hope you all are well. I saw some of the comments on the forum regarding Islamabad embassy and I thought I'd reach out to you all. My wife's case was documentarily approved in May 2020. We have not heard from NVC since then. Whenever I call them they say that the embassy will set up an interview whenever the slot becomes available and the beneficiary will be notified. I understand that the embassy was closed due to pandemic but reading some of the comments on forum the suggests that they are holding interviews for CR1 and 1R1 cases.

Per the understanding of experts here, how much time would it take for us to get the interview date. It has been over a year since I last went back home to see my wife. This waiting game is not fun.

Hey, we got married two days ago on my 32 days of entering in US.

I have a questions please if someone can help, the term 90 days which given to us on arrival is to get married or to get married and apply fro adjust of status during these 90 days.

we have applied for our marriage license application online, and got the first available appointment 27th August my visa's 90 days will be over at 21 September, i hope everything will go smoothly. did anyone recently applied for marriage license in Los Angeles?

Hi everyone, are the two similar? Or are the different? I have received and email that my status has changed and when I logged on, all my sections AOS and CIVIL docs change from COMPLETED to ACCEPTED. Is this the same as Documentarily Qualified? Or should I await another notice?

Hope everyone's staying safe. I had a question. My uncle had applied for my parents and brother under F4 visa category. They received NVC letter last month. However, when we checked my brother's name was missing in accompanying list. He is 28 now but unmarried and has been in the USA on student visa for past 5 years. He completed his Bachelors in NY and currently pursuing his MBA in NY. We're all extremely stressed out about his name being removed. Can anyone guide us as to what we can do in this situation and add his name so that he can attend consulate interview along with them. We heard from others that we can send letter to NVC so my question is who should be sending the letter? The petitioner or Principal Applicant or my brother? Does that work? Any help will be appreciated!!
