Am a Kenya citizen who used to live in in abu dhabi and had applied via abu dhabi consular. Lost my job and had to relocate. Hubby is USC married we are married 4 years and have a baby. I130 was already approved. Can I adjust status in the US? Came on a tourist visa Two weeks ago.

We are going to be receiving our 2 years conditional green card soon and would need to remove conditions from ssc. I was wondering how did anyone go about doing this with the ss offices being closed?

one of my friend got a interview call for IR-1 in abu dhabi and she told me that they sent in email that along with her original birth certificates, they require spouse original birth certificate ?

so is we are going for IR-1/CR-1 interview, why do we need our spouse original birth certificate who is our petitioner and who is residing in the US ? please advise
