US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

I submitted my mother s petition in September 30 and received a receipt that it has been received and it s at Nebraska. Almost 3 months had passed and still no updates. Due to the current situation Is this normal or should I wait for an update or is it ok to check with them for an update?

Any input will be much appreciated.

i am an indian citizen born and bought up in UAE so my passport and birth certificate only has my first name on it , for all my other documents my dads name was added automatically as sir name since in UAE they add dads name mandatorily

i dont know what to fill in the petition i130 for my last name , should i write my dads name (since that is mentioned on my marriage certificate)

but passport and birth certificate has no last name .

please help !!!!

After a wait of 15 months they accepted my application of I-130 and few days back I received an email from N.V.C. that my case is "documentarily qualified" so how much time they will take to transfer it to Abu Dhabi consulate. Below attached email I received from N.V.C.

I am planning to travel out of the Philippines with my daughter who is 6.5 months old and born in the Philippines, to spend Christmas with the family back in the Netherlands. It will be on a Dutch temporary passport. I am a Dutch male citizen and I will travel without the mother who is a Filipina, we are not married to each other (but I have consent of travel notarized). I will not need a DSWD clearance for this travel? And what are the requirements for exit clearance if I have consent of travel but mother will not accompany?

@dwheels76 created this spreadsheet to identify date complete (DQ) to interview. It would be nice if instead of doing a whatsapp chat search for individual dates, it could all be input here so that it is a simple filter search and available for all past, present and future users to see.

From the whatsapp group there were DQs of May 18 and May 20. That would be great to add to the sheet so we have more data points! Right now there are only 3 entries in for 2020. I know there are more DQs than that!
