US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

Hi all,

I need help choosing a citizenship path for my husband, we did a lot of research but getting more confused.

We are K, Z and A living in Dubai for the past 6 yrs.

I met A while he was studying in the U.S back in 2009, and we have been together since, got married 2 yrs ago and we had baby Z last year.

he was in the U.S from '05 till 2012 F-1 visa (ESL, B.s and M's) then he left, I followed him 4 months later. We lived together in many countries then we settled in Dubai for the past 6 yrs where we got married and had our baby.

Baby Z is a U.S citizen and finished all his papers and got his passport through the U.S consulate-Dubai.

We finished filling I-130 and I-130A online on USCIS.com and intended to submit it today until we watched a YT video talking about DCF and how it's faster for out situation!

Questions are: What is the fastest, easiest way for A to get a U.S citizenship? Is it true that there is yet another path (Forums) we could use? A is both a Spouse and a father of a U.S citizens!

Good Day VJers. I would like some feedback. My passport expired in 2020 and I renewed it and have a new one. Due to Covid19, the case was delayed dramatically. Should I bring my new passport to the interview along with the old one:

a. without sending an update on CEAC website under the "other' category of civil documents

b. submit the document on CEAC website under the "other' category of civil documents

If you have any experience with this I would greatly appreciate it. My interview is in ABU DHABI

Hi folks, happy new year (all things considered)!

Just want to report that I was able to successfully use Global Entry with a pending ROC. This happened yesterday, 1/17/21 at JFK, used one of the GE kiosks. All I did was scan my passport (not my GE card) and got my pic taken. Then the kiosk printed off the receipt, which just said "Please proceed to exit". Went to the GE agent waiting at the "exit", gave them the receipt and my passport. They also asked to see JUST my greencard, I presented it and when I moved to also present my extension letter, the GE waived it away and said they did not need to see it. Then they asked if I have anything to declare, I did not. And that was it, pretty painless, and took maybe 3 minutes tops. I was pleasantly surprised actually, I was prepared to have to explain my ROC's pending status, was prepared to be pulled into secondary and was also prepared to be told I couldn't use GE because of my expired greencard. Also there was a note on the welcome screen on all the kiosks that said something about they were "improving the process of using GE etc" and so I am not sure if that was why I was able to use it despite my ROC and expired greencard and expired GE card. Who knows, just happy that it worked!

Side note: Every other GE kiosk was disabled to allow for social distancing. Also no lines whatsoever at JFK immigration. It was eerily quite and empty, was kind of strange to experience. When I entered JFK this time a year ago, the GE kiosks were spotty to use, and the lines for normal passport control were 10 or more levels deep.

Our priority date..july 10,1995..
We've done our interview & medical as well ..that was March but my my mother in-law who are our petitioner passed away by December...
So the Filipina consul advised us to file the humanitarian reinstatement....
Do u have any idea kung possible pa din km mkpunta sa US?

Has anyone received IL for CR1/ IR1 in January 2021? I know few people who got IL in December 2020. It has been frustrating dealing with the embassy as they giving conflicting information when you email them.
