Dears,

I applied for i-130 for my child on 9/29/2021 and received a letter on 10/04/2021 for USCIS opening account stating that the service center is Nebraska and other letter of NOA1 mentioning the service center is California. I Chatting Emma and asked for the live agent, and she confirmed that the case location is Nebraska,
and I am concerned that my child is in an critical situation due to the ageout of 21 years in March 2022 and he is legally present in USA on the F1 student visa.
My question to the experts:
- Which center will be the responsible for adjudication process the application, Nebraska or California to know processing time?
- Is there a way I can try to ensure that the approval is obtained before March 2022 or he will protected by "CSPA" or whether requesting an expedite or any thing else to save him before his visa class change to f2b.

my husband is been in the united for almost 2 years n 6 months now. Whats the earliest date we can apply for his citizenship? Can I apply 6 months early or is it 3 months early? Thank you

Hello.

I landed on this thread looking for the information I need about Drivers license permit. So in my case, I'm on a K-1 visa and passed my Drivers license in Palm Springs, California. I got my temporary drivers license from the DMV office and today when I called them to check about my status of the original card- They replied my legal presence verification is still pending and I need to send them the latest I-94 to prove my legal presence. Since I am on a K1 visa my I-94 already expired in September (90 Days)

So is there anyway to get a renewed I-94 form or other way to show my legal presence in the country ?

Has anyone encountered the same situation and found a solution ?

Thanks for any ideas and recommendations

NVC Immigrant Visa Backlog in UAE

Dear All

Recently NVC announced that they have a backlog of 491,405 (Number of eligible IV applicants still pending the scheduling of an interview)

Can we all share our data as I have noticed many timelines are not updated.

If we get number of people DQed and waiting for an interview to be scheduled, then based on monthly CR1/R1 issuance rate in UAE we can have an idea when the backlog will be cleared

I personally got DQed for CR1 Visa June 1st 2021

I-129 was received on 8/2/2021 and NOA1 sent. I frequently login to my account on https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ but it just says that my case was received. Is there somewhere else I should be checking for updates? How do you know which facility your case was sent to for processing? or is too soon to know this? Thanks!
