US Immigration from Ukraine

I am filling out form I-944 for my mom to adjust her status. I am confused about household I need to report for her. She lives with me and my family. Are we supposed to include ourselves ( me, my spouse and my kid) in her household? We are also signing the affidavit of support. Can we sponsor her if we are included in her household?

My son just joined US NAVY. Arrival to bootcamp is April, 30. Well, if nothing delayed due to Corona...

Anyway,

In June of this year he will be eligible to apply for citizenship. So, he can submit his N-400 once he gets off the bootcamp. Or even if he is still in . And that's what he would like to do - to file once "window opens"

From what I have read - seems like you have to be in Military up to 180 days before applying. Unless I misunderstood something... And have to get some Form , to attach to your N-400 application .

So the questions are:

1. Does he still have to wait those 180 days?

2. If not - will he still need the Form and would it be provided to him during the basic training?

3. Will his N-400 fee still be waived?

Just trying to figure out things before he leaves.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance your help!

My wife left on her first visit after her 1st (2 year) green card. She left on Feb 21 and now she with her countries rules and the US rules she could be over there for more than 6 months. Was going to write a letter to my regional office explaining everything. What sort of trouble or problems will we be in if she is indeed out of the country for more than 6 months? Currently I've extended her ticket to October making it a 8 month stay...thanks

Ok I am confused exactly how to fill this in. I need to add additional employers from page 4. Each employer section has a new numbers on that page. So i am not sure what part number and item number to write? Would i say part number 2 and then add an item numbers and letters? If you look at page 4 there are a lot for just one job. I also need to do this for page 2 and add additional address history. Detailed info would help as this is the last thing i need to do and my packet is complete. Thanks!

Was anyone able to buy a comprehensive health insurance plan for their family member applying for AOS. I called around and I was told that only citizens it green card holders can receive comprehensive insurance. If they are just an applicant they can only offer transitioning short term coverage. It seems to me like something like this will not fullfil the requirement for private health insurance. What do you do in a situation like this?
