US Immigration from Ukraine

Has anyone scheduled an interview without getting the letter from the embassy in Kiev Ukraine? Status shows us as "Ready". Have our number.

I am filling form I 765 application for Employment Authorization for my wife and I find out that the form is already expired on 05/31/2020.

I didn't see any updated one on USCIS website

Can i go ahead and use the expired one?

I finally send of the package Petitioning for my mother but I am worried that she might be out of status soon ( in 10 days). Her allowed length of stay is approaching. Since I sent all the documents now, how will that affect her status if I dont get a notification until after the allowed stay is valid for?

I also made a mistake and didn't write that the form are for concurring filing. I read on some threads that their applications were returned because of incorrect payment by not specifying concurrent filing of I - 485,I - 944, I - 864, I - 130, I - 131 and I- 765.

How worried should I be?

Just as I am doing the final check on forms, I noticed that the form has expiration date of 05/31/2020. I do not see any other form with prolonged date on the site.

I am writing a cover letter on behalf of my mother explaining the absence of credit score and history.

My question is: Do I need to have a preparer and interpreter statement/declaration similar to the end of the forms if i am writing on her behalf?
