Naturalization under 3 year rule and requirements

Hi:

My wife and I are close to filing the I-751 (removing conditions). Knowing this could take a while, because of the future furloughs and USCIS not having enough to cover for expenses...

a) Is it "recommended" to file the N-400 even if the I-751 has not been approved? Has anyone here done naturalization before I-751 was approved? Is is even possible or will it be rejected?

b) What proof are needed for filing under the 3 year rule? (Proof of relationship, financials and/or others)

c) I am a naturalized citizen and been one since 2015

We wish not to wait, although according to the timelines i follow in VJ, it's taking less than a year to process a I-751 for the most part.

Thanks for any help

Minor living in US with GC parents, not a USC .

Hi:

A couple friends of my wife are GC holders. They both will most likely not ever turn USC, because of being careless and not passing the citizenship test. The husband, basically does not even speak English after being here 3 years and refuses to learn it (in my opinion). The mother (who knows?) what the deal is there. All this aside, they have a daughter, born in their native country, when could she possibly turn USC, if the parents never naturalize? She is only 13 and has been in the US for 5+ years now.

Would being a permanent resident for 5 year to become a USC, apply to minors also?

Just asking on behalf of the kid. Thanks. Saw them the other day and this talking point came to light.

I sponsored a european for a K1 Visa and K3 for her daughter in 2017-2018 timeframe. They arrived in late 2018 and we married in 2019 and divorced later in 2019.

As the sponsor, I know I have to keep the address on the affidavit of support current. Other than this item, is there anything I have to do (contact USCIS or other)?

My ex wife is still in USA, is there any way I can see her status? If her status changes, my alimony goes away ;)

Hello everyone we are filing I-130 for CR1 visa using help of emigration agency. They requested a joint bank account from us. My husband (US citizen) went to his bank and they said they need my signature and presence. Then he went to another and the same result. We feel so devastated by this paper work. Please help! Share your experience or bank in America that provide such service. Thank you in advance!
