US Immigration from Ukraine

hi. I have a question about police clearance certificate. i'm petitioning my wife and we need police clearance certificates from places where she lived. she lives in Ukraine at this moment and we know how to obtain certificate from Ukraine. She used to live in USA for some time and i figure we may need a certificate from the States as well. question is : how do we obtain certificate from USA? any info is appreciated.

I would like for my step daughter and her son to visit in USA from Ukraine ! Do I fill the Ds-160 are does she file in the Ukraine the Ds-160 at the us consulate in Kiev to visit ! Do the they charge for the 4 year old ?

My wife received her CR1 visa recently. We are scheduling her flight, but for the dates we want the flights transit via Amsterdam or Paris. I have heard stories about difficulties of spouses convincing airlines to board a plane to the US due to the EU travel ban.

What do we need to do? I can book the flights, but do we need to contact the airline(s) in advance to get her on a clearance list, or will her CR1 visa be enough? Has anyone's spouse travelled via those two airports recently (AMS, CDG)?

HI, guys! I need your help. We have received RFE and I am pretty sure that it's related to evidence proving that the website we met on is not IMBRA.
I was going to send the website Terms of Service but the terms seem kinda vague. I also contacted the site administration and asked if they could send some letter proving that they aren't IMBRA. The only response I've got from them was: Could you provide a sample? Of course, I did not have one.

So, I would like to ask someone to look at the TOS and let me know if it's clear enough that the website is not IMBRA.

I am a single father (US Citizen), my son lives with me (US Citizen). I receive Food Stamps and Public Housing, I have a Co-sponsor for K-1 Visa. I cannot seem to find a clear answer for this question regarding public charge: If my fianc 's visa gets approved, and she comes here, are we able to live in public housing and receive benefits for me and my son, not her? Or will this count against her come time for AOS? I already have a job lined up for her. And I just recently was awarded Section 8, should I still continue looking for a home section 8 approved? Or simple move out of my current public housing when she gets here?
