US Immigration from Ukraine

Has anyone ever heard of the fianc at the last minute wigging out due to the corona virus and the time apart it caused send an email to the embassy saying she thinks her partner was unfaithful and is no longer interested in continuing the process? But then she regrets sending it because she saw it was just nerves and time apart? Doesn t the embassy actually require a wet signature and not an email? I have not heard from the embassy about her email. Our K1 was approved through USCIS and NVC in March. We are waiting for them to send us the letter telling us that they have our application. What do I do if she we both want to continue the process? Do I have to do a new K1? Will I need to do a CR1 instead because of what she did?

a) how long is it to get the letter from USCIS stating they received the paperwork?

b) is that letter the so called extension letter once my wifes GC expires?

I want to tell my steps thus far. Thanks to this forum I filled out my paperwork correctly. I petitioned for 3. My wife and her two kids and just found out they approved the paperwork for all 3 on the same day in 6 months time. I was so worried I re wrote my paperwork for all three multiple times. And I had 1 RFE. And you wouldn t believe for what. The US didn t accept my Pennsylvania Birth Certificate! Apparently now birth certificates have more info on them then what my 1984 birth certificate had. So I replied with my Passport. That was in August. So then I waited. Last week I sent USCIS 2 messages asking what s taking so long. Then days later approved! So now I guess I just wait for the NVC to contact me? Please reply if anyone knows. If I can help anyone ask me. I can help for this part as filing 3 petitions and looking over my mistakes I will share any info I know this far.

I have a question about police clearance certificate. i'm petitioning my wife and we need police clearance certificates from places where she lived. she lives in Ukraine at this moment and we know how to obtain certificate from Ukraine. She used to live in USA for some time and i figure we may need a certificate from the States as well. question is : how do we obtain certificate from USA? any info is appreciated.

I would like for my step daughter and her son to visit in USA from Ukraine ! Do I fill the Ds-160 are does she file in the Ukraine the Ds-160 at the us consulate in Kiev to visit ! Do the they charge for the 4 year old ?
