Is it true that you can not file for any immigrant for 10 years if you divorce a US citizen, who you were married to during naturalization (applied with 3 years rule)?

She's here, we got married, we got license....NOW the forms :) We're filling out the I-485, I-765, and I-131....do we put her new last name on these forms or will that cause an issue? Does she have to keep her Maiden name through this whole process and then at the end we change everything like through SSA, etc?

Hello! When my husband and I filed a petition for family reunification, in the petition we indicated my surname, spelled like that Shewchuk ,husband s surname through "W". After submitting the petition, I received a new passport due to the change of my maiden name to my husband's.From Russian it translated as SheVchuk through the letter V and not W like my husband s surname and as we indicated in the petition. Question: Will this be a problem for NVC? Since now in the DS-260 application form I will indicate my surname as in the passport SheVchuk , and not Shewchuk through W as it was in the petition. Thank you in advance!
