My wife is going Poland and while she is there she is going to get her police report for her IR-1 visa application. The National Criminal Register in Poland says they give you the report on paper with a signature and an official stamp. If that stamp is not an apostille, does my wife need to get an apostille applied to the report? Her visa interview will be in Kiev, Ukraine.

I just learned that ALL foreigners entering Ukraine now need to get a successful PCR test within 72 hours of flying to Ukraine AND buy the covid-19 insurance (needs to be good for your ENTIRE stay in Ukraine) before you will be allowed into the country. People currently in Ukraine are exempt. I am not sure how long this requirement for a successful PCR test will last but it is not currently possible for ANY foreigner to get a PCR test in Ukraine or download Vdoma and self-isolate. My apologies if this was already posted in this thread.

Hi all, Is R-5 visa holder allowed to travel from Ukraine through Turkey to the US? Just wanted to make sure it's correct. I checked online and it seems there are no restrictions. Did anyone travel this way? Thanks

I wanted to let everyone know (as I am USC and trying to visit my Fiancee on Thursday) that Ukraine announced earlier today that PCR tests are a requirement of foreign citizens transiting or crossing border of Ukraine, regardless of country color (US is currently Green so normally no testing or self isolation.) The test needs to be made 72 hours before crossing. This helps more than 48 hours because some places give the 1-2 days for results. I ended up scheduling a test with my local doctor an hour ago and am awaiting results hopefully Wednesday or Thursday morning before my flight. I did request to have my passport number on there also and they will work with me to get it on there. My biggest thing is this starts 24 March (Wednesday) and I assume it will extend the 2 weeks that the restrictions will. I am not sure who will be visiting these next couple weeks, but I wanted to give a heads up.

On page 1 part 1 at the end after 1F it says NOTE: If your filling this form as a sponsor, you must include proof of your U.S. Citizenship, U.S. national status, or lawful resident permanent resident status. There are no instructions on this and in the document center it doesn t ask for any documentation on this. USCIS has this. I am a born American U.S. Citizen. Do I ignore this?
