Hello Everyone. We recently were approved in May 12th,2021 from USCIS and received Notice Of Action 2. We simply want to know that once we get case # from NVC within three weeks. Even if the Embassy has not reached our case yet and is still in NVC, we wonder if we can still pay the visa interview fee in advance before our case reaches the U.S embassy. We want to travel for vacation for 2-3 weeks but we would like to be able to schedule our interviews and medical examination at ease and get our interview shortly after coming back home from vacation. We are k-1 filers in Ukraine, anybody from Ukraine that has went through this process share your thoughts or knowledge. We would be happy to hear. Everyone who is still waiting for their NOA2 from USCIS, your turn will come I promise you! If you get frustrated waiting for everything to happen, its a sign that soon it will happen! Have Faith!

Hello all! Just wanted to post some hopeful news to anyone that is waiting. My wife and I filed out I-130 back in September 7, 2020. We waited a grueling 8 months and finally got word 3 days ago that it has been approved and sent to NVC. I looked online and it stated to call NVC in 2-3 weeks to ask for the case number but surprisingly, this morning I got the welcome email from NVC! I hope everyone else s case starts to speed up as they catch up. Good luck all!

Good morning, So I have filed the I-130 for my mother who is in the US currently. In parallel, I have filed I485 (received NAO1). Last night, I have received an email to which says the I130 has been approved and was sent to NVC... This is great news The email I received and all the information I gather from the NVC website after logging in, is that I have to pay other fees and the petition will be sent to Kiev's embassy. The issue is that my mother is already in the US and I do not understand these fees and case being routed to Ukraine when I was clear in the application we were filing both applications concurrently and our local interview office would be in Charlotte, NC. Any insight here on what the next steps are please? Thanks in advance.
