US Immigration from Ukraine

Has anyone gotten any information if my wife can get approved by the cdc to bring her dog from a banned country? Ukraine. There is a list of exceptions and no where can I get an answer.

I just hit submit for my online I-130 and I have an receipt number that starts with IOE.

Is it my case number? It does not follow the format mentioned here:

Will I get a NOA1? Or is the receipt number effectively a NOA1 and my NOA1 date is today?

What do I use as the place benefits filed at?

Hi! I have a question regarding EAD renewal. I applied for initial EAD, recently moved and did an address change, but was EAD was approved in 2 days after I moved and was sent to my old address. I wasn t able to retrieve it from my old address and now have to file for replacement. Since I don t have neither approval letter or card, can I work when I get NOA after I file for replacement? Will there be a number of my card or something that I can show my employer? Thank you
