US Immigration from Ukraine

I phoned USCIS today and told the computer I wanted to file an expedite request. I was transferred to a representative and gave her the details. I told her the basis was hunaitarian relief based on Russia's attack on Ukraine today. I further explained that my wife and step-daughter left our apartment this morning because it was shaken by a nearby explosion. They are now at her brother's house. The representative said this was a "legitimate reason" for this request. I thought I would pass this along to everyone else. I should have a decision on the request within seven business days.

With the Ukraine/Russia crisis happening right now, has anyone seen any updates from the U.S. government on expediting K1 visas, or any Ukraine visas in general? I reached out to my immigration lawyer and I'm waiting to hear back. Right now I'm stuck in the NOA1 > NOA2 process. We received our NOA1 in July 2021 but are still waiting for our NOA2. Right now it appears they are wrapping up March filers and moving to April 2021 filers soon, so this means we will still have at least a few months until receiving our NOA2 which makes me nervous given the last few weeks of escalation. I appreciate any thoughts/comments you may have!

Kyiv embassy tells us to transfer our petition to another embassy.

Jenny has visa free travel to Europe, much of the Middle East and much of the Caribbean

Any thoughts on the best embassy to transfer the petition to?

Is there a generic form that shows the consent of the beneficiary for the release of her personal information to the IMB that I can see? The IMB is asking to make sure that it meets the requirements. thanks

The US Embassy in Kyiv is closed. We have not received any instructions on what our next steps are. NVC could not provide us any additional information. Would cases from Kyiv be transferred somewhere? Does anyone have any information?
