I-864 or I-864ez for two independent I-130's?

Based on what I've read, it looks like I can file the I-864ez (two copies) in my situation:

I-130 CR1 for my wife (she is the only one on the application)

I-130 CR2 for my step-daughter (she is also the only one on her I-130)

My understanding is that if the daughter was a derivative on the wife's I-130 then I would need to file the I-864. I just have not found anything that specifically says the I-864ez can cover two I-130s.

Thanks.

Has anyone received their NVC case number and Invoice number after March 2nd? My case number (assigned March 21) begins with KEV and the embassy shown is Kyiv. I understand we will be working with Frankfurt, but I'm curious whether other people are getting Frankfurt as their consulate in the portal or Kyiv?

Hi,

I'm also in a relationship with an Ukrainian woman and we are at NOA1 receipt. Due to the war in Ukraine my fiance and her kids moved to Poland to save themselves from the ongoing war. Here are my questions and appreciate your responses for each of them:

1) Will I receive the NOA2 approval by US mail or by email?

2) Will the USCIS send a copy of the NOA2 approval and the entire application package to NVC at the same time?

3) When I Google NVC, I get the address 32 Rochester Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801 so is this the only location? I applied at the Texas location but it got transferred to the California Service Center.

4) What will happen at the NVC? Will they send the entire application package to the US embassy where we want to go for an interview?

5) Now that my fiance and her kids moved to Poland, can I ask NVC to suggest a US embassy in a different country for the interview or they direct her where she needs to go?

6) As she fled to Poland in a rush she don't have all the documents such as police certificate etc with her. The police personnel in Ukraine is also fighting the war so they are not in a position to give one. Will that still be ok for her to attend the interview?

7) What all documents are needed for sure for her to attend the interview?

8) My fiance called the US embassy in Krakow, Poland and came to know that neither they nor the US embassy in Warsaw are processing K1 visa stamping and are forwarding cased to Frankfurt, Germany. Is this true?

I'm trying to get as much information as possible so that I'll be geared up and ready when the NOA2 arrives and for the next steps after that. I apologize for so many questions and I hope you understand where I'm coming from. Look forward to your responses.

My niece and her parents are trying to escape Ukraine and they had some concerns about my Niece finishing her High School Education. She was in her 9th form when this chaos started and they are unsure of if or when schools will resume. My wife and I were wondering if we could sponsor her and get her to the United States as quickly as possible so that she may be able to start with the 22-23 school year (which starts in early August around here).

Yes I understand that it depends on if they are able to get to a safe place, but wanting to get ahead of the ball so that we can hit the ground running.

Thanks in Advance

Uploaded "unsolicited document" prompted approval?

I filed an expedite request for my Ukrainian wife and daughter on 2/24/21. Both I-130's were originally filed 4/27/2021.

Wife TSC actively reviewing 12/10/2021

Daughter PSC actively reviewing 9/10/2021.

My wife's expedite was granted 3/4/22 and her I-130 approval occurred the same day.

My daughter's expedite was outside the 7 business day window so on 3/16/2022 I uploaded my wife's NOA2 and the emailed notice of the expedite approval. My thought was that since the expedites were exactly the same (humanitarian: war, cannot work) that Potomac might tend to approve if they saw that Texas approved.

When I logged on to USCIS 3/16/2022, I found my daughter's NOA2 in the documents tab. I have not seen an email regarding a decision on the expedite as of yet.

Was this a coincidence that the NOA2 came on the same day as I uploaded additional documents, or did the upload prompt someone to look at the file? I have no idea, and don't really care, but I thought this information might be useful to others so here it is.

Good luck, I'm off to the NVC,
